ABOUT

Chuyue Wang is a jewelry metal artist based in San Francisco, California. She graduated from California College of the Arts. With her love for Japanese Wabi-sabi culture, she started her exploration of imperfection. The philosophy of celebrating the beauty of imperfection indeed changes her way of thinking. The imperfection produced by chance instead made her addicted to the uniqueness caused by its randomness.  She applied this idea of perfectly imperfect in metal sculptures and jewelry pieces. She will keep working on this path of creating imperfection to resonate with the audience.
